Welcome To Our Website!

Hello! We’re Chris and Emilie, and we slow travel around the world. We met in university over 25 years ago, and now we spend our time exploring new places together.

We travel light with just our carry-on bags, spending half the year slow traveling internationally and the other half near our home base in British Columbia, Canada. Abroad, we rent apartments in big cities, visit rural areas, hike, camp, and immerse ourselves in everyday life. At home, we road trip in our Honda Pilot microcamper and volunteer with humanitarian organizations, often responding to disasters like wildfires and floods.

Our approach is simple: keep costs low, stay flexible, and don't plan too far ahead. If we love a place, we stay longer. If a new place calls to us, we move on.
